In Lahore, poets and dreamers gathered at the Pak Tea House — a place alive with debate, laughter, and the soft music of clinking cups.
Along the ancient Silk Route, travellers and merchants did much the same: pausing for coffee, sharing stories, and finding a moment of calm before the next journey.

That spirit lives on here.

An All-Day Rhythm

From late morning until night, the house changes gently with the passing hours:

• Brunch & Late Breakfast – parathas, eggs, and chai for a slow, soulful start.

• Lunch & Afternoon – coffee, chai, light plates, and friendly games of chess, draughts, ludo, or backgammon.

• Evening – the lights soften, the background music deepens, and the café transforms into the Silk Road restaurant.

Each part of the day has its own rhythm — guided by the quiet hum of conversation and music, never rush.

Games & Company

Order any drink or dish and enjoy your first hour of play, on the house.
If you’d like to linger longer, it’s £5 per table per hour thereafter.

We keep the classics close at hand: chess, draughts, backgammon, dominoes, ludo, cards, and mikado.
A simple invitation to be present — to play, talk, and unwind.

Coffee & Chai, Side by Side

Our menu balances the familiar with the distinctive:

• Coffee: espresso, cappuccino, latte, filter, cold brew.

• Chai & Teas: karak chai, Kashmiri pink chai, masala chai, jasmine green, and artisan blends.

• Food: paratha rolls, samosas, chaat, light salads, and Silk Road’s signature mains, available throughout the day.

Each cup and dish is crafted with care — an invitation to slow down, share, and stay.
