How We Work

One team. Clear standards.

We work as one Silk Road Team. Depending on your training and certification, you may work across guest service, beverages, food assembly, preparation, fire & grill, kitchen support or order pass.

You are not expected to arrive knowing our system. We teach you how Silk Road operates and certify you as you develop.

Training

You don't need to be a chef.

Many Silk Road roles do not require previous restaurant or cooking experience. We provide structured training for the work you are authorised to perform.

Previous hospitality, retail, customer-service or food-production experience may be useful, but reliability, trainability and attention to detail matter particularly to us.
