Silk Road, Caterham’s celebrated Pakistani dining destination, has announced the launch of its new Private Dining & Parties webpage — unveiling an elegant new space designed for intimate celebrations, corporate gatherings, and exclusive soirées.

The private dining suite, seating up to thirty guests, embodies the essence of the ancient Silk Road — where cultures met through cuisine, conversation, and craftsmanship. The interior blends soft lighting, geometric artistry, and a palette inspired by terracotta, teal, and brass to create an atmosphere of understated grandeur.

“Our private dining concept reimagines Pakistani hospitality for the modern guest. It’s a place where food becomes storytelling — where every dish reflects heritage, and every detail is crafted for connection.”

Guests may choose from signature set menus or bespoke dining experiences, each featuring dishes from across Pakistan’s culinary heartlands — including slow-braised Gosht Nihari, chargrilled Murgh Tikka, and delicately spiced Machli Masala. Non-alcoholic pairings such as rose sharbat, lassi, and crafted mocktails complement each menu with flair.
