We’re delighted to share some exciting news from Silk Road Caterham: our premises licence has been granted.
For our guests, this means something rather simple — there is about to be even more to enjoy when you visit us.
Drinks Are Coming to Silk Road
Soon, you’ll be able to enjoy a carefully chosen selection of wines, beers, spirits and cocktails alongside our Pakistani cooking.
We’re approaching the drinks list in exactly the same way we approach our food: keep it considered, keep it interesting, and make sure it earns its place at the table.
Whether it’s a cold beer alongside something smoky from the grill, a glass of wine over dinner, or a cocktail while friends decide what to share, the idea is not to turn Silk Road into a bar.
The table — and the food upon it — remains the heart of Silk Road.
Our alcohol-free favourites will remain too, so you can still choose from our coolers, lassis, chai and other alcohol-free drinks.
